The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) is announcing a call for proposals for clean energy projects targeting Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and South Africa. The Partnership expect to fund approximately 30 projects with 150,000 euros per project

Proposals should address key barriers to the uptake of renewable energy and energy efficiency and cover one of these areas:

• Promotion of successful and innovative business models for clean energy;
• Support to innovative financing approaches for clean energy;
• Support for national and regional governments to develop clean energy policies to accelerate the development of the renewable energy and energy efficiency markets;
• Strengthening of regulatory mechanisms and standards.
